When you're ready to make a purchase, beneath your chosen image, select your preferred size from the dropdown menu. Then click the yellow "Buy Now Button" and it will be added to your shopping cart. Your browser will then guide you through the next steps. If you've finished your selection, follow the prompts to complete your order. Alternatively, use the "Continue Shopping" link at the top to return to the gallery if you want to make another selection. There is also a "View Cart" button on the top right corner of the webpage for your convenience.
Each museum quality print includes a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by the artist which will mailed separately upon purchase.

If you need assistance, we're just an email away. Difficulty checking-out with PayPal usually is due to a cache or memory problem after many page views that has built up in your browser. I most common resolution is to simply quit the browser and then restart it, if not the device itself. You will find that the check-out will go right through after a simple restart.
Shipping
Please ensure your MAILING ADDRESS is accurate, as all shipments will be sent to the verified address associated with your chosen payment method. To ensure secure transit, all prints are packaged in rugged cardboard tubes or boxes.
If you need to make changes to your address or order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order by email. Thank you.
Payments
After ordering, please check your Email and Junk Email folders within 24 hours. Adding our email melanie@k9galleryofart.com to your safe sender's list ensures you receive all correspondence regarding your order. We never sell or exchange your personal information, including email addresses. All payment information is securely handled by PayPal.com, our credit card payment processor.
Returns & Replacements
At K9 Gallery of Art, we stand by the quality of our art and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Artwork can be returned in its original packaging, in unused pristine condition, within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and the Certificate of Authenticity. Opening the package to view the printed artwork is accepted.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returns or exchanges. Please notify us of your intent by email. Buyers are responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective print, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement. Kindly provide us with a photo of the issue so we can expedite the replacement process.
